Zero stars if I could. Avoid this circus at all costs. They don’t respect your time, your business, or apparently, even basic human manners. We had a 7:30 a.m. appointment. Sat there till 8:30. Not a peep, no update, no apology. When I finally called to check in an hour later, instead of accountability, I got the owner cutting me off mid-sentence with: “We are way pass that. I’m well aware of what time it is. We’re way past that. I run a million-dollar business.” Ah yes, the classic “I’m too rich to care” customer service strategy. Bold move. Who knew running a “million-dollar business” was shorthand for forgetting how clocks, courtesy, and common sense work? If you enjoy wasting your morning, being talked down to, and funding someone’s oversized ego, by all means—this is your spot. Otherwise, take your money somewhere that remembers customers are the reason a business even exists.

I have a little 350 GLCe that had some wheel rash and gash. I was willing to wait until Friday, the 5th of July, but the owner booked me for July 4th. He got me in early and was on time...important to a Gen X like me. I needed wheels repaired. Erik and his crew were her four hours. Great guys. Polite, respectful and efficient. The two worked together with passion and they had fun--I like seeing people that enjoy their job. I was astonished at the job performed and I am a stickler for detail...not OCD, but close to it. They left no mess, residue, or overspray--Erik is a perfectionist. It was a great value. They came to my home in San Dimas, and did not leak a drop of oil on my pristine driveway. I will recommend them to anyone; you should use this service. Ask for Erik. They may take a day to get back to you, but worth it. I put the before phots first, then the repaired.
